In his showroom, he presents his latest knife creations. The production is constantly enriched with new forms inspired by various regions.
This artisan of art realizes all kinds of creations in wrought iron: railings, canopies, chandeliers, gates. But his favorite technique is cutlery and damask.
Coming from aeronautics, he is a specialist of metals, he knows them so well that he decided to create cutlery pieces from this famous damask, a steel obtained by welding several layers of steels.
It is possible to meet him at the forge by reservation in advance and even to carry out an initiation course and leave with his knife.
